    Your role:

    You are going to provide specific business and technical enablement to drive brands. You will develop the partner capability and knowledge, required to sell the brand and to grow share of the partner's business.     Requirements:

    Purpose of the role:

    As a Business Developer Representative, you will be responsible for identifying robust sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, discovering their needs and driving new business through various outbound campaigns.

    • Educate customers on what we have to offer
    • Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails (often cold calling), contact C-level decision makers, build quick rapport and assess needs.
    • Understand prospects' pain points, gather technical requirements, correlate business needs to available Cloud solutions (solution-selling) and build value for next steps in the sales process
    • Update and maintain prospect and customer data in Salesforce.com (CRM database). Manage leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities and activities in Salesforce.com
    • Work towards team and individual goals for key performance indicators like productivity, conversion rates, opportunities and pipeline
    • Diligently document customers notes and deal details over the course of a customer's interaction (using Salesforce.com) to ensure that clarity on the current and past state of customer interaction is available to all stakeholders at any given point in time.

    Requirements

    • BA/BS degree OR equivalent practical experience.
    • Native level of Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish
    • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically.
    • Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales or business development, ideally in the IT industry.
    • Some understanding of cloud computing concepts, in particular Google Cloud Platform solutions.
    • Ability to connect business needs with adequate solutions, strong business acumen.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity and professionalism.
    • Comfortable working against an assigned quota in a phone based environment.
    • General IT skills: essential computer skills to navigate efficiently a computer based job.

    Desirable

    Job tasks

    What will you do?

    • Customer Service and Disputes activities related to returns and queries requests from the customers over the phone or via e-mail
    • Validation of contractual agreements related to Disputes and Returns process
    • Order management and returns management activities in SAP
    • Coordination of returns and disputes process with internal teams and spare parts vendors
    • Ensures resolution of queries within the contractual metrics

    Qualifications

    What do we expect?

    • Very good English and Danish min. B2  
    • Microsoft Office package knowledge; Excel, Word, PowerPoint   
    • Preferably experience in customer service  
    • Well established analytical skills, time and priorities management 
    • Agility to learn fast and work in dynamic, ever changing environment 
    • Experience in working with SAP would be an asset

    Our client is an American multinational company providing information technology, consulting, and business process outsourcing services. We are looking for a collaborative, structured and motivated Danish speaker to join our team.

     

    You will help our customers with:

    •    Various P&C products in order to get to know them better

    •    Resolving different policy updates and any issues/queries

    •    Other services to ensure the best experience for them

     

    Your daily tasks will also include:

    •    Ensuring that information in the system is always recorded and updated properly

    •    Proactively identifying and solving issues in the system

    •    Reviewing that Customers’ / Insurers’ documents are compliant to existing procedures

     

    We expect:

    •    Good Danish language skills (B1 and upper level)

    •    Strong motivation to provide highest level of customer satisfaction

    •    Accuracy, structure, orientation to details

    •    Good communication and collaboration skills

    •    Positive attitude and willingness to learn in fast changing environment

    •    Experience in Insurance, Finance or Customer Care would be an advantage, but not a requirement
